CRESCENT SPRINGS- LaVerne A. Burk, 85, passed away September 17th, 2015 at Villa Springs Care Center in Erlanger. She was an admin worker for the I.R.S. for 20 years and a member of St Joseph Church in Crescent Springs. Preceded in death by her husband Edward J. Burk and daughter Debbie Jones. Survivors include her son Edward (Patti) Burk III of Villa Hills, daughter Cindy(Kathy) Burk of Cincinnati, daughter Mary(Mark) Reitzes of Crescent Springs, son Thomas(Cedina) Burk of Los Angeles CA, son-in-law Mark Jones of Fairfield, grandchildren Jordan Burk, Andy Jones, Kelly, Thomas, William, Michael and Mark Reitzes and Max Burk. Visitation will be held Friday September 25th, 2015 from 5pm to 8pm at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday September 26th at 10am at St Joseph Church in Crescent Springs. Burial will be held at Mother of God Cemetery in Covington.
