Kenneth R. Krumpelman, 73, of Villa Hills, KY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 26th, 2021. Ken was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, son and friend to all he knew and loved. He was a lifelong resident of Villa Hills and spent his career building custom homes.

The humble and gentle way Ken lived his life touched the hearts of many and left their lives better for having known him. He was truly a living example of Christ’s love.

Ken is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Sandra Krumpelman (nee Budde); his children Laura Schneider (Keith), Tony Krumpelman, Andrea Krumpelman, Andrew Krumpelman (Michelle); grandchildren Rhett, Keira, and Audra Schneider and Cole and Kate Krumpelman; siblings Carol (Tom) Noll, Connie (Bruce) Milam, Charlie (MaryAnn) Krumpelman, and Stan (Linda) Krumpelman; sister-in-law Ilena Budde; brothers-in-law Ron Budde and Ken (Kay) Budde. He is preceded in death by his parents Bill and Marie Krumpelman; sister Patsy Krumpelman; mother and father-in-law Jerry and Ginnie Budde; sister-in-law Patty Budde and Kathy Budde; brother-in-law Jerry Budde, Jr.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 30, 2021, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY. Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Parish in Crescent Springs, KY. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery.

Donations can be made payable to St. Joseph School in care of the Ken Krumpelman Memorial Scholarship Fund and mailed to St. Joseph School 2474 Lorraine Ct. Crescent Springs, KY 41017.

We love our Krumpelman built home and so enjoyed working with Ken…We always found him kind and willing to listen to our ideas…On a personal note, we enjoyed time spent with Sandra and Ken and wish to send our deepest sympathy to Sandra, Laura, Andy, and Tony and the GRANDS…Ken will always be with us in our happy memories…

Memories of Ken

I can’t remember a time Ken wasn’t smiling. Such a great picture. He was full of kindness and love. He was so proud of his family. It is so hard to say goodbye to such a great person. My life and many others are better for knowing Ken. May his smile always be in our hearts.
