Julia Markesbery

Julia Mae (nee Herrmann) Markesbery, age 90, of Erlanger, Ky., died on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at St. Charles Care Center, Covington. She was a homemaker, a member of St. Henry Parish, and a member of the Edgewood Homemakers. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Russell Markesbery; and her son, James Richard Markesbery. Survivors include her: daughters, Judith A. (Thomas) Winstel of Cincinnati, and M. Patricia (R. Dennis) Egbers of Cincinnati; sons, William Russell Markesbery of Hebron, and John Christopher (Colleen) Markesbery of Villa Hills; grandchildren, Thomas J. (Carol) Winstel, Ann E. (William) Moran, Julie C. (Stephen) Lazarus, Mary J. (Timothy) Seaman, Jennifer L. (William) Brandt, Emily Lynn Egbers, Christopher Joseph Markesbery, and Mary Shannon Markesbery; 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation 8-10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, at the Linnemann Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Henry Church, Elsmere. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger.
