Joseph Lonnemann

Joseph I. Lonnemann Jr., 85, of Covington, passed away Monday, October 14th, 2013, at St. Charles Care Center. He was an Accountant for Hillshire Farms and Kahns for over 42 years. He also was a member of the Fr. Bealer Knights of Columbus, he was on the budget committee at St. Henry Church and Schools, and he was the 1st president of St. Henry Parish Council. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera Mae Lonnemann; his brothers, Eddie and Howard Lonnemann; his sister, Dorothy Zerhusen and his grandchildren, Melinda Grace and Renee Candace Lonnemann and Jordan Colley. Survivors include his sons, Joe (Teresa) Lonnemann of Edgewood, Mike (Bo) Lonnemann of Ft. Wright, Don (Kimberly) Lonnemann of Burlington, and Tom (Nellie) Lonnemann of Florence; his daughter, Mary Ann (Tony) Colley of Union; his brother, Vince Lonnemann; and his sisters, Marcella Robinson and Sr. Josetta Marie. He also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Saturday October 19th, 2013 from 9:00AM-10:00AM at St. Henry Catholic Church in Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will follow visitation on Saturday October 19th, 2013 at 10AM at St. Henry Catholic Church in Erlanger. Entombment at St. Mary Cemetery following mass. Memorials may be made to St. Henry Catholic Church 3813 Dixie Highway Erlanger, KY 41018.
