John Thompson Sr.

John Kyle Thompson Sr., 75, of Villa Hills died at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood on November 15, 2019. John was a loving husband and caring father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a good man who worked hard. John retired from Feintool after 24 years. During his free time, John worked on, and enjoyed antique cars; his favorite being the 56’ Plymouth Belvedere. He shared this passion with his friends of the Country Cruisers, a club for antique car lovers. John liked playing poker or pool, and was a great storyteller. He will be thought of often by those who survived him; wife, Betty Thompson; children, Christa Thompson, John (Peggy Fox) Kyle Thompson Jr., Nanci Simpson, Matthew (Jameica Creech) Thompson, Melissa Adkins; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. John joins his parents, Stella and Elmer Thompson and sister, Billie Gregory in Heaven. A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19th at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. with a memorial service to follow.
