John Linstead

ELSMERE – John A. Linstead, 70, died Saturday, Aug. 15, at Hospice of the Bluegrass Care Center, Fort Thomas.He was a U.S. Postal Service worker and a member of St. Henry Church and the Royal Order of the Moose. An avid bowler, he once bowled a perfect 300 game.

Survivors include his wife, Carole Linstead; daughter, Kim Wellman of Florence; sons, John Linstead of Erlanger, and Jim and Joe Linstead, both of Elsmere; sister, Carol Sena of Onalaska, Wis.; and 10 grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, at Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, at St. Henry Church, Elsmere. Burial will be Mother of God Cemetery, Covington.
