Joey Lorenz

Joey Lorenz, 23, of Covington KY, was born into heaven on Sunday, March 16, 2014. He was to graduate Morehead State University in May with a degree in Elementary Education. A lively spirit, Joey brightened the day of everyone he met. A beloved son of Ted and Mary Lorenz, dear brother to Mike (Vicki) Lorenz, Danny (Ashley) Lorenz, and uncle to Charlie Lorenz. Grandson of Frank and Rosemary Pletikapich, great-grandson of Betty Lorenz, nephew to Jim and Donna Lorenz, Cindy and Jim Metz, Mark and Peggy Lorenz, Ken and Jackie Mueller, Martha and Jeff Roth, John and Judy Pletikapich, Bill Pletikapich, Margie and Chris Brown, Greg and Karen Pletikapich. He is also survived by a large extended family and many friends. Visitation will be held at Scott High School Commons from 5 PM to 8 PM on Friday, March 21, 2014. Mass will be held at St. Barbara Catholic Church on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 12 PM with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY.
