We were so sorry to hear about Mrs Burgheim. Your parents were awesome people and neighbors. She was a great friend to us and my parents. I spent a lot of time hanging around the Burgheim house when we were kids. Great memories to have forever. She will be missed by everyone.

Goodbye for now to one the sweetest people I’ve ever known.
To Joan’s entire family, on behalf of the Koch family, I want to express our condolences on the loss of your mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was like a 2nd mom to all of us crazy kids next door. She was so sweet to us when she had every reason to be annoyed as heck! She leaves a beautiful legacy behind in your wonderful family – all of whom reflect her love and kindness. It’s amazing after all these years we can all consider each other friends. We can give a lot of the credit for that to our parents. We will miss her, but I’m confident that it’s only goodbye for now. God bless you. We love you all.
Aunt Joan was a legend
Aunt Joan was such a lovely woman! Always impeccable in manners and looks, yet laughing and so full of joy and life. Her love for her family was intense, and although I didn’t get to see her often, she left an indelible impression on me. I know you all must miss her so very much.
Love,

We are over flowing with “Joy” at the thought of her & Paul together in “Glorious Eternity!” Our “Heartfelt Wish” simply to say, we will never ever forget the privilege of knowing her & “May God Bless You” & Strengthen you each & every day! Sending sympathy and prayer
To all the Burgheim Family,
You are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. Your mother was a wonderful person. I remember her from when I was in second grade and Jim and I hung around together. I also remember talking to her when my own mother passed away in 2007.
