Jean Plaggenburg

Jean G. “Gene” Plaggenburg, 85, formerly of Erlanger, passed away on Saturday, February 19th at the Mountain Crest Nursing Home in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Plaggenburg worked for many years at Joe Graue Construction as a foreman and as head of maintenance at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport. Mr. Plaggenburg was preceded in death by his wife Audrey in 2008. He is survived by his son, Ralph Plaggenburg of Seattle, Washington, his granddaughter, Priscilla Maass of Jacksonville, FL, and two great grandchildren. Memorial donations are suggested to Madonna Manor, 2344 Amsterdam Rd., Villa Hills, KY 41017. Mr. Plaggenburg donated his body to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 5 th , at 3:00 PM at the Crescent Springs Presbyterian Church. Linnemann Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.
