Jared was born on December 18, 1980, to his proud parents, Mark and Mary Ann Brue Halpin in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Jared grew up with two older sisters who simply adored him. He was a Covington Latin high school graduate from the class of 1997.  Jared then attended college at Thomas More University completing his undergraduate and moving on to the University of Kentucky where he attended dental school.  Jared graduated from UK in 2005 and started practicing dentistry in Northern Kentucky. Jared met the love of his life, Jaime, and It wasn’t long before he knew he wanted to spend his life with her.  They were married on June 25th, 2005, and began a wonderful life together.  Jared and Jaime have three children, Jackson, Carter, and Abby whom Jared loved and adored.  Jared loved to be in the sunshine, whether it was playing golf, vacationing, or boating at their favorite spot-on Lake Cumberland.  He was truly the life of the party and always made sure everyone was having a good time.  Jared loved to dance and go to concerts.  His contagious laugh and smile would light up a room.  He was a kind soul who loved life.  His greatest accomplishment was undoubtedly his family.  They were everything to Jared and his love will be missed beyond measure.

A Wonderful Man

The light he brought into this world cannot be replaced. But his legacy will be all the love and kindness & joy he gave and that will always be in our hearts.

With Deepest Sympathies

We were both overwhelmed and devastated with the knowledge of Jared’s passing. What does one say about Jared that hasn’t already been said. Having only known him while in a dentist chair, he was like an old friend that you only got to see a couple times a year, not a dentist that one dreaded to go see. He made each and everyone of us feel special with just his smile, a truly great man that we will all miss greatly. To his family, colleagues and his extended family of friends and patients, our heartfelt prayers of comfort, and condolence.

James & Sylvia Clark

Halpin Family

Although I was only a patient of Jared his kindness was a hallmark of who he was! I had the opportunity to shadow Jared to learn about dentistry over a summer and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment that I was able to learn from him and laugh with him! He was not only wonderful dentist but a friend and I know that my heart is greatly saddened to hear of his passing. I have been seeing Jared since I was very young now 23 I will greatly miss him. I pray Jesus blesses the whole Halpin family and my deepest condolences for your loss.

A Bright Light

Jared was a bright light to all of us who sat in his dentistry chair. He brought humor and compassion to each of us… treating us with genuine caring and respect…letting us know we each mattered. My husband and I had utmost confidence in his skills as a dentist but also in his humanity and integrity. We have lost a wonderful man. Our sympathies to Jamie and the kids, to his parents, and to the staff who worked with him each day.
Susan Mospens and Kurt Nicaise

Deepest Sympathies

I was so saddened to hear news of Jared’s passing. Though I haven’t seen him in quite some time, I have nothing but fond memories of him and his family from elementary school days at St. Pius. All my prayers and sympathies at this terrible time.

Such a kind soul and wonderful person

It is with a heavy heart that we write this. We have been part of the Halpin family dentistry for over 25 years. It was always nice to see everyone there and always knew that we would see such a great smile and we knew that we were in good hands. We felt like apart of the family there. Jared was always so genuine and kind. We will miss him. Jared was so proud of his children and felt like we knew them.
We wish Mark and Mary Ann along with Jamie and Jared’s children will find peace knowing that their Son, Husband and Father will always be looking in on them throughout their lives and that he was a man to be proud of.
Steve and Mary Suhre and family

Our Sincere Condolences

I just heard about Jared’s passing and my wife /I offer our sincere condolences. He was such a great person who was always upbeat and smiling, even while going through this, he was upbeat. Always asking how I was doing as well as my family. A truly great man and human being.

A wonderful young man

I am absolutely sick to hear of his passing. I was one of his patients, and when he told me he was battling cancer, we had several conversations about it. My last conversation with him was a bit over a month or so ago, and I told him I would pray for the results he was hoping for. When I heard tonight that he passed, I sat in disbelief. He was the kindest soul to walk this Earth. I can’t imagine what his wife and children are going through right now. I pray they find some type of comfort and peace. I know he will always be with them.

In Deepest Sympathy

We are devastated upon hearing of Jared’s passing. He was a very kind soul and the best Dentist I’ve ever seen. May his family and colleagues find peace and comfort as they navigate this difficult time and may his memory always be a blessing.

Kreimborg Family

Jared was much more than a Dentist to us; he was our friend. We are heart sick and devastated, the entire Taylor Mill community will miss him so much.
We loved him. Debby and Mark Kreimborg

Such disbelief

We have been in a state of disbelief since learning of Jared’s passing. We started as patients with his dad and fortunately continued care with Jared. So loved the give and take when I was in the office. Such a wonderful personable individual and excellent doctor. Dr. and Mrs Mark Halpin you raised an exceptional individual. To his wife, children, parents, close friends and office staff, our thoughts and prayers are with you and will continue as you navigate the days ahead. Love to you all. May he rest in peace. John and Diane Sinclair

Blessings and peace

Mark is a bright light of love. We will miss him.

He was our dentest for years, as well as his dad. He will be in our prayers, as well as the family. Tom & Bonnie Foltz

Greatly missed

We are long time patients of Jared’s. We saw Dr Bramlage & then Jared’s dad Mark before Jared started at the practice. He was always so pleasant and friendly. Always smiling and asking about our family. Genuinely interested in how we were doing and what we’d been up to. Such a sweet kind man and he will be greatly missed. Know he really made a difference in the lives of his patients. We always knew that our dental care was top notch and enjoyed our appointments. Prayers for your family as you go through this difficult time. Our hearts share the pain of your loss. Rocky & Cathy Sparks

Kindness

Having read the other condolences that have been offered, I am reminded of Jared’s exceptional character. For the last 15+ years I have seen Jared twice a year, save for the occasional need for something more than the traditional cleaning and comprehensive check-up… Having said that, he always made me feel like a friend; as someone he had a genuine concern for. He would share stories of his family; he would then listen to me talk about my wife and son. I will remember him most for his AUTHENTIC KINDNESS.

Prayers to his family – friends – and colleagues (teammates),

A Good Honest Man With A Kind Soul

When I heard Dr. Jared was diagnosed, it was heartbreaking. How could such a wonderful man be given such an awful thing.
A few months later I went to my appointment, forgetting his condition. I started my regular check up and realizing something
was off and remembering his cancer I knew that even with this horrible weight on his shoulders, he was still smiling. If it was not for
the affects of the chemo, I could never have told the difference. It is inspiring to see someone how could live a good life regardless of
what it throws at you. He gave me the wonderful experience of looking forward to my dentist appointments all throughout my childhood and even still. I could tell countless stories, showing just how big of a difference he made in our lifes.

So thank you Dr. Jared, I won’t be able to see for my appointment in June but know my teeth are all finished and I’m smiling since you
were able to make my experience with the dentist like a visit to your favorite uncle.

To Dr. Halpin’s Family, know that he made an amazing difference in the world and a piece of our hearts was taken with him.
He was greatly loved and will be missed even more.

Prayers Uplifted

As a long-time patient of Mark Halpin, and then Jared since he started practicing, I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear about Jared’s passing. Jared took care of our whole family and always made my boys feel at ease when they were younger. I will miss that big smile and his warm jovial personality. He was always interested in our family updates and beamed with pride when talking about his. Mark, Janice, his family, and the office crew, please know you are in my prayers in the days ahead. I pray that you find comfort, strength, and peace knowing he is resting in our savior’s arms.

What a sweetheart of a man

Started with Dr. Mark in 1978 and continued with Dr. Jared who was so sweet, kind and funny. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist even for a filling because Jared could have you laughing before and after. He will be truly missed. Sincere condolences to his family.

Sincere Condolences

When I came into the office today to have my tooth repaired, I was expecting Jarod to walk in the room with his big smile as he always did. I was in such disbelief when I was told of his passing. He was such a caring person and always made you feel comfortable. He’s been my dentist as well as my husband and son for many years. Prayers to the family, friends and coworkers. He will surely be missed.

Heartfelt condolences

Jared was dentist to several of our family members. Many times I took my elderly mother-in-law to his office to have some problem addressed. He was always kind and gentle. His smile was infectious. We are devastated to hear of his passing and will continue to keep his family, friends and coworkers in our prayers.

Happy The Man

Jared was a beautiful soul who embraced life with a perpetual smile and compassionate heart. A life we can truly celebrate even as we grieve. He was our family dentist for more than twenty years. A tremendous credit to his profession, Jared reflected the love and support of his devoted family through his personality and infectious sense of humor. He was one of the most likeable individuals we have ever known and will be greatly missed by all who knew him as a friend, colleague or patient. And while the joys of being a wife to this good man are now tempered with the anguish of his passing, nothing can take from you the wealth of wonderful memories and the happiness you both shared during his lifetime. Our prayers are with you and your family as is the hope that you will embrace the love and blessings of all those around you who care so deeply for you. May God’s eternal grace and your faith bring you peace in the midst of this great sorrow.

Good man

I’ve been a patient of his for years. Last saw Jared in February and was as kind and professional as he ever was. Heard of this news yesterday and immediately felt the hurt that this mans absence will leave on his closest friends, family, and co-workers. Far too young with much to live for. The family should know that this patient shares in your suffering in my heart through this cloudy time. God brought him here to help people feel better about themselves and be healthy and that’s what he did. If his warm demeanor and indefatigable energy on the job was any indication of his personal life and how he interacted and tended to those nearest to him, then he undoubtedly made a positive impact on countless other lives away from his trade and that’s proof of a life well lived.

A phenomenal human being

As a patient, first of his father’s and then of Jared’s, I was always taken by their infectious smiles, attitudes and professionalism. Thank you for your kindness. May the grace of God which shined thru Jared now shine upon his family. Scott
