Janet Leadbeater

Janet Ann Leadbeater, 80, of Florence, KY passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. She was born September 11, 1940 in Covington, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Rosemary Eilers, and her late husband: Bill Leadbeater. Janet loved her family, and her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She loved the holidays, especially Christmas when she could get the whole family together. She also enjoyed cheering for UK, and before Bill passed they would love to get together with family and friends to cheer on the Cats. Janet leaves behind her loving children: Robert “Todd” Brooks (Denise Urich), Scott Brooks (Melissa), and her stepdaughter: Pamela Johnson, her beloved grandchildren: Paige, Hope, Caleb, Ellin, Carenn, Amber, and Michael, her dear siblings: Joyce Ellis (Floyd), and Jeanne DiMuzio, 5 great-grandchildren, her precious dog: Tigger, and all of her loving nieces and nephews. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, services for Janet will be handled in private at the convenience of her family.
