James Lampke

James Lampke, 82, of Jeffersonville, IN passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 11, 2013. He served in the U.S. Navy who was in the Korean War. Mr. Lampke was an avid golfer who enjoyed his books and catching up on world history. James is survived by his son, James M. Lampke of Jefferson, IN; brother, Tom (Cheryl) Lampke; sister, Judy (Lou) Vennefron; and several nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his loving wife, Virginia “Jenny” Lampke nee Smith; parents, George and Ada Lampke; brothers, Dave and George Jr. Lampke; and sister, Vivian Krummen. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 5 PM-7 PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger, KY with service to follow at 7 PM at Linnemann Funeral Hom.
