Henry Schroder

Henry B. Jr., 87 of Olmsted Falls, OH formerly of Ft. Wright, KY passed away Tuesday February 22, 2011 at the Kemper House in Olmsted Falls, OH. Mr. Schroder was valedictorian and graduate of Holmes High School, He received his degree in chemical engineering at Purdue University and was a partner with Sherman and Schroder Equipment Company. He served during WWII in the U.S. Navy on the Houston and earned the rank of Ensign. Mr. Schroder is survived by his Step-son James C. Holbrook of North Olmsted, OH, Step-daughter Judith Fischer of Santa Barbara, CA, Grandchildren Charles Holbrook, Steven Holbrook, Jana Hampton, and Kristin Bain, Great Grandchildren Kelsey Bain, Austin Bain, Blake Hampton, Cole Hampton, Caitlin Holbrook, and Emma Holbrook, and Sister Mary Jo Stemmer. He was preceded in death by his wife Cathie Schroder. A Visitation will be held on Monday February 28, 2011 4pm until 7pm at St. Benedict Church in Covington, where he was a lifelong member. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the visitation at 7pm. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
