Gustav Gebhard

Gustav J. Gebhard, 91, died on Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. He was a sales manager and service representative for Scothorn Motor Company, a member of Ralph Fulton VFW Post, a Kentucky Colonel, a lifetime member of the Erlanger Volunteer Fire Department, a retired Auxillary for the Erlanger Police Department, and a member of the Kentucky Sheriff’s Boys and Girls Ranch. He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Gebhard, his daughter, Nancy Roenker, and his sister, Mary Nuxoll. He is survived by his daughter, Melanie (Drew) Brummer of Villa Hills; and his grandchildren, Allen Roenker, Amy Overstreet, Kevin and Jennifer Brummer. He also leaves behind 6 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Visitation will be on Sunday, January 13th, from 4—8PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes Erlanger. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Monday, January 14th, at 10:00AM at St. Henry Church Erlanger, KY.
