Gregory Thomas Peters
Gregory “Gee” Thomas Peters, 72, of Florence, KY passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at his home in Florence, KY. Greg was born on March 13, 1947 in Elmhurst, IL to the late Anthony and Betty Peters. Greg was an avid sports fan, and he loved the Chicago Cubs and Bears. In his younger years, he also enjoyed playing golf. His family was also very important to him, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren. Greg was a loving husband, father, stepfather, and grandpa, and he will be deeply missed. He is survived by his loving wife: JuliePeters, his daughters: Sara (Chris) Brannon, and Jenny (Andy) Biddle, his stepchildren: Sara (Tim) Beagle, and Susan (Will) Black, his sister: Christine Peters, and his beloved grandchildren: Cayden, Harrison, Sam, Aila, Liam, Zoey, Julia, Parker, Cole, Rory, and Cody. Greg’s wishes were to have his body cremated, and services will be handled in private at the convenience of his family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association at 300 S. Riverside Plaza, Ste 1200, Chicago, IL 60606-6637.

We will miss Greg!
Greg was our friend and neighbor for over 10 years. He was always there when we needed him. We all celebrated many good times together, weddings, holidays, etc. He always made great meatballs! LOL Personally, Greg was a 2nd father to me. Always listened and helpful with advice. I will miss our chats on the patio. He was a good man and we will miss him terribly.
