Garry A. Fender Sr.

Garry A. Fender Sr., 72 of Erlanger, passed away at his residence surrounded by his family on August 6, 2023. Garry was born on June 2, 1951 in Covington, Kentucky to the late Robert and Vivian Fender. Garry was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was an all-around great man and always enjoyed gardening and was a lover of all animals. Garry enjoyed watching TV and always would cheer on the local teams, especially the Reds and Bengals.

Garry is survived by his wife of 33 years: Linda Fender, children: Kristy (Jason) Draughn of Independence, Garry (Nicole) Fender Jr. of Indiana, David (Danielle) Sword of Walton, Steven (Mary) Fender of Edgewood, Tony (Lindsey) Fender of Independence, and Amanda (Mike) Roush of Florence, 18 grandkids. Garry was preceded in death by his sister: Melody Abernathy.

Services will be held privately by the family. Memorial contributions can be made in Garry’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
