Frieda, as a member of the Queen’s Service committee, became a dear friend. She sent me many cards during my cancer treatments and they always lifted my spirits. Seeing her at Mass was always a pleasure because she was always sweet, kind and very friendly. She will be in my heart and prayers. Being in Georgia, I will not be there n body, but I will be there in spirit. Goodbye lovely lady

My heart is saddened but I know “Sr. Marita” is in glory with the Lord. I am 55 years old but this special woman remains in my heart and memory forever. She somehow knew I needed something special and with one small gift she transformed me. I don’t know if she ever knew how special she made me feel, but I still have a necklace she gave me when she was my teacher years ago. My prayers and love are with her and you as her family. God Bless
