Evelyn Dean Moore, 71, entered into eternal life on Sunday 13, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence KY. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 52 years Jimmy Moore; their sons: Timothy Dale Moore (Yvonne), Anthony Dean Moore (Shirley); her grandchildren: Taylor, Lauren, Jonathan and Justin Moore; her siblings: Jerry Evans, Donald Evans (Linda), Boyd Evans Jr. (Cathy), Kay Underwood (Fred), Betty Applegate, and Debbie Kegley (David); as well as many family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Linnemann Family Funeral Home in Burlington, KY with the Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 PM and burial at Burlington Cemetery.
