Eugene Hampton

CRITTENDEN – Eugene (Gene) Thomas Hampton, 90, passed away Thursday June 18th at St Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood KY. He was a retired business owner and raised Angus cattle on his farm in Crittenden. Gene was involved with the Carpenters Union, the Kentucky Cattleman’s Association and was a WWII Navy Veteran. His wife Faye Hampton, sister Marcella Hill and brother Paul Hampton, precedes him in death. Survivors include his son Rick (Peggy) Hampton of Villa Hills, granddaughter Julie (Mike) Piscitello of Cold Spring, grandson Dain (Cheryl) Hampton of Arlington Heights, IL. Also surviving are great grandchildren Jack, Luke and Kyle Piscitello, Leah and Tyler Hampton. Visitation will be held Monday June 22nd from 4 to 6pm with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St Joseph Church in Crescent Springs, KY. Burial will be held Tuesday June 23rd at 10am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger.
