Elsie M. Ranes

Elsie M. Ranes, 80, of Burlington, KY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY.  Elsie was born in Boone County, KY to the late Elza and Mary (Houston) Ranes on March 27, 1942.  During her life, Elsie graduated from Boone County High School and went on to work as the Treasurer for the Boone County Board of Education, until her retirement.  In addition to her parents, Elsie was preceded in death by 4 of her siblings.  She is survived by her sister Mamie Cloyd and numerous nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 10am at Belleview Baptist Cemetery in Belleview, KY.  The burial will take place immediately following the service
