Ella Sanders

FLORENCE – Joan Sanders, 84, died Sunday, Jan. 17, at Baptist Village Care Center, Erlanger.She was a homemaker, member of the Erlanger United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, a Girl Scout leader, seasonal worker for the Internal Revenue Service in Covington and secretary at the National Weather Service at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport.

Survivors include her husband, Newt Sanders; son, Barry Sanders of LaGrange; daughter, Darla Sanders of Louisville and one granddaughter.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Jan. 20, with service following at Erlanger United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger. Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Erlanger, is handling arrangements.
