Edward Hicks

Edward “Allan” Hicks, age 49, died Tuesday August 12, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence. He was a self-employed homebuilder and renovator. He was a fun loving man who loved his family. Allan was preceded in death by his grandson Micah Wilson, a brother Scott W. Hicks and his grandfather Albert W. Gottschalk. Survivors include his wife Jenny L. Hicks of Florence; 2 daughters Amy (Matthew) Wilson of Covington and Sarah (Trent) Durham of Burlington; his mother Cheryl Hicks of Erlanger and his grandmother Millie Gottschalk of Erlanger. Visitation will be Monday 4-6:30p.m with the funeral service immediately following at Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger. Cremation will follow. The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Boone County Animal Shelter 5643 Idlewild Rd. Burlington, KY 41005
