Edward D. McKinney

COVINGTON- Edward D. McKinney, 89, passed away Saturday January 14, 2017 at his residence. He was a supervisor with the Ford Motor Company for 36 years, a member of Ashland Ave Baptist Church, a Mason and a Navy Veteran. Ed enjoyed golfing, square dancing, woodworking, and traveling with his fellow Ford retirees and church group. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Lucille McKinney and daughter Kathy. Survivors include his daughters Debbie (Gary) Smith and Susan Dedden. Also surviving are grandchildren David Streine, Stephanie Smith, Amanda (Billy Jo) Brock, Ian Smith and Hillary Smith, great grandchildren William, Haleigh, Jacob and Bricen. Visitation will be held Wednesday January 18, 2017 from 10am to 12 pm with funeral services to follow at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association 5211 Madison Rd Cincinnati OH 45227.
