Dorothy Poole

Dorothy “Dottie” Jean Poole, 79, passed into glory on Friday, May 1, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY. Dottie was a square dancer for 29 years and a member of the KY Kuzzins and Crescent Squares dance clubs. She enjoyed bowling for 40 years and was a supervisor for the Dixie News delivery service. She was preceded in death by her sister Pat Powers. Dottie will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Lou Poole, of Erlanger, KY; their children: Carol (Dave) Derry of Cary, NC, Diane (Kevin) Bowdler of Loveland, OH, Janet Plunkett of Ft. Mitchell, KY, Ken (Lynda) Poole of Ft. Wright, KY and Kevin Poole of Covington, KY; 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Linnemann Family Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY. A Funeral Mass will be held the following day, Friday, May 8, 2015 at 10:00am with interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY or.
