A devoted mother and generous spirit, she cherished her family, sharing her talents as a seamstress and would crochet, knit, and numerous other crafting talents. Each year, she lovingly created Christmas ornaments for all her grandchildren, embodying the warmth and creativity that defined her life.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Goetz Sr. She is survived by her children: William F. Goetz Jr. (Nancy), Michael Goetz (Patricia), Deborah Fatula (Robert), Barbara Daut (Thomas), Patricia McKinzie (David), Cheryl Nordman (Daniel), Gregory Goetz, and Christopher Goetz (Lisa). Dorothy was also the proud grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 56 great-grandchildren, all of whom carry forward her spirit of love.

Visitation will be held at St. Henry Church on Friday, October 25, from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 12 PM. Dorothy will be laid to rest at St. Mary Cemetery.

Sending Condolences

Sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. I remember her from the neighborhood and working at the IRS. She was a very sweet lady.

Sorry I couldn’t make the services.

Sending our sympathies

To Bill, Mike, Debbie, Babs, Patty, Cheri, Greg & Chris: so very sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. She enjoyed a wonderful, long and blessed life, and I’m so glad you all were able to celebrate her 99th birthday in April. We’ll be in NC tomorrow and will miss the visitation and Mass, but please know our thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless Aunt Dottie!
