Donna Gay Feder

Donna Feder, age 64, of Elsmere, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026. She was born on November 22, 1961, in Covington, Kentucky.

Donna was the heart of her family and a loyal friend to many. She cherished time spent with her loved ones, especially her daughter, Megan, and the many friends who filled her life with laughter and love. Nothing brought her more joy than being “Nana” to her two beloved grandchildren, Layne and Micah, whom she adored beyond measure.

A devoted fan of University of Kentucky basketball, Donna proudly held season tickets and rarely missed the chance to cheer on the Wildcats. She was also a passionate lover of country music and could often be found at concerts, enjoying live music whenever she had the chance.

Donna was a breast cancer survivor and a strong advocate for other women, offering encouragement, strength, and hope through her own journey. She was known for her strong work ethic, and dedication to everything she did.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Beverly; her sister, Rebecca Hatton; and her brother, Donald “Jack” Renaker.

Donna is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Ronald Feder; her daughter, Megan Burke (Jason); her cherished grandchildren, Layne and Micah Burke; her siblings, Amy Wimer and Robert Renaker(Haydee); her nephew, Kenny Pitcher (Tonya); and her great-nieces and great-nephew, Teigan Pitcher, Talon Pitcher, and Alexa Klette.

Donna will be remembered for her strength, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched and the love she gave so freely.
