Donna Dennis, age 81 of Union, Kentucky passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026. She was born to the late Wilbur and Retta (nee Polley) Riggen on August 31, 1944 in Bracken County, Kentucky.
Donna was a devoted member of the First Church of Christ in Burlington for 57 years where she served on many women’s ministry groups throughout the years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Retta (nee Polley) Riggen.
Donna is survived by her husband of 57 years, Paul Dennis; her siblings, Dan Riggen, Roger (Jeanne) Riggen, Sonja (Eric) Eads, and Steve Riggen; one niece, and several nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received on Monday, May 11, 2026 at First Church of Christ in Burlington, Kentucky from 12:00pm-1:00pm with a service being held at 1:00pm. Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park to follow the service.

We’ve Lost a Good Person and Friend
I worked with Donna for many years. She was a fair-minded, efficient, and thoughtful person with a good sense of humor. Underneath a somewhat tough veneer, Donna was a good person and a friend. Rest in peace Donna!
