Donald Brosey

Donald Paul “Pete” Brosey, 83, of Florence, KY passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth in Edgewood. He served in the United States Air Force from 1951-1955, earning several distinguished medals including, the Korean Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, UN Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal. He also retired from 40 years of service at Kuempel Co. & Peck, Hanna Ford, and Briggs, as a union sheet metal worker. He was proceeded in death by his brother Robert Brosey. Pete is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Glenna Brosey; his children, Don (Lisa) Brosey, and Mark (Jody) Brosey; and his sister, Mary Bueker. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Aaron, Annamarie, and Christopher Brosey; Christy Wathen, Beth Bennett, and Cindy Miller; his great-grandchildren, Ana, Olivia and Zach Miller; Benjamin Wathen, and Eleanor Bennett; several nieces and nephews, and special friends, Bruce Graham and Mary Muncie. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 9 – 10 a.m. at St. Henry Catholic Church in Erlanger. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 10 a.m. at the church.
