Dale Kulosa

Dale L. Kulosa, 64, of Edgewood, KY, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. Dale is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Kulosa and children, Tommy (Tonya) Raleigh and Annette (Steve) Kennedy. He also leaves behind his brothers, Chuck (Kindy) Kulosa, Rick (Barb) Kulosa, sisters, Faye (Russ) Blakey, Gwen (Shane) Griffin and grandchildren, Tiffany, Michael and Tye. A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 from 5pm to 8pm at Linnemann Funeral Homes, Burlington, KY. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
