Claude “Wayne” Prescott, 63, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016, at Villaspring of Erlanger.  Wayne worked as a boilermaker and was a member of Latonia Christian Church. He was also a member of the Dart Organization of Northern Kentucky (DONKY) where he was an 8-time “A” champ, 6-time MVP, and inducted into the Hall of Fame. He is survived by his children Wayne Prescott (Laura) of New Richmond, OH, Nicole Prescott of Florence, KY, and Emily McGill (Danny) of Covington, KY, grandchildren: Aaron Prescott, Zachary Prescott, and Liliana McGill, and ex-wife Charlene Prescott.  He is also survived by his mother Mary Prescott of Elsmere, KY, brother Bill Prescott (Vicki) of Florence, KY, sister Charlotte Spikes (Dave) of Avon, IN, niece Debbie Craddock (Marshal) of Petersburg, KY, and many other nieces and nephews. Wayne was preceded in death by his father Jessie Prescott and his sister Brenda Bradford.  A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 11am until 1pm at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY.  The funeral service will immediately follow and begin at 1pm.  Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, in Erlanger.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Latonia Christian Church 3900 Decoursey Ave. Covington, KY 41051.  Online condolences may be made at www.linnemannfuneralhomes.com
