A treasured friend

I knew Chris from the old FitZone days in Grand Blanc. Everyone knew her and loved her!
What a special lady! She cared about every single person at the gym and took the time to know each of them.
She always saw the bright side of any situation, even when she had repeated hospital stays. She took it all in stride.
I will miss her and her stories and her unique sense of humor. God is lucky to have her and her musical talents. I’m sure she has made tons of new friends already!
My prayers to the Kuntz family.

Always remembered

I knew her as Ms. Schmitz and then Mrs Kuntz as a student in the Bendle schools in the mid to late 70’s. She was an amazing teacher and in encouraging person. I can still remember learning the Me-May-Mah-Mo-Moo warm-up exercise. She made a difference in the lives of her students. My condolences to the family. We all were blessed to have know her. TGO will miss Chris!

Dear Steve and family,
Although we met Chris “way back” at Exercise with Charlotte, it was only in the last few years that we became better acquainted. She was not able to plan the Michigan Potluck in 2023, so she called my husband Bob. He/we willingly stepped into her “big shoes”. She passed on all kinds of info, gave him guidance and even joined us and managed to play the piano that night. What a delight to have her there!
We were also at the TGO Community Church when she played in March, while her daughter was visiting. Later that week, Steve and Chris came over to our place and we had an enjoyable dinner outside and shared lots of laughs.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you remember her at her funeral. She was an amazing woman who was always ready to give. Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend on October 6th. Steve, we hope to see you in Florida in January.
