Tributes
Carolyn Leah Scheben (nee Nicholson), born on April 11, 1943, was called to her eternal rest with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 29th 2014, After a months long battle with Pancreatitis.
Born in Cincinnati, Mrs. Scheben, grew up alongside her Sister, Bev in Lakeside Park, Ky. Before the birth of her children she worked as an Executive Secretary at the former DuBois Chemical. She also worked for many years in the Fine China department at McAlpins. She loved the outdoors and being at the beach.
Carol leaves her husband, Donald L. Scheben of Lakeside Park, whom she married on May 3rd, 1969. She also leaves her son and daughter as well as a daughter-in-law, Matthew Scheben (Elizabeth Tsvetkoff) of Delaware, Ohio and Jennifer Scheben of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She enjoyed throroughly the time she spent with her grandson, Thomas Scheben.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Caroline and William Nicholson
Mrs. Scheben will be honored in a funeral ceremony at 11 a.m. on January 2, 2015 at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 1150 Donaldson Highway, Erlanger, KY 41018, followed by a graveside service at St. Stephens Cemetery in Ft. Thomas.
The family will be receiving visitors on January 2, 2015 from 9am til 11am at Mary Queen of Heaven Church.
