Carolyn Fazzio

GHENT- Carolyn Ruth Fazzio, 74, died July 13 at her residence.
She was a homemaker.
Her husband, John Fazzio, died previously.
Survivors include her daughter, Dolores Kreutzjans of Verona, KY; sister, Dolores Palmore of Florida; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be Saturday July 17th at 11:00a.m. at Linnemann Funeral Home and Cremation Center Burlington.
