Carol McMain

Carol J. McMain, 81, of Erlanger, KY, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Edgewood. Before her retirement in 1996, Carol worked in the office of personnel management with the I.R.S. She was a member of St. Henry Church and very active in the United Christian Volunteers. Carol loved the beach and her trips to Sanibel Island, flower gardening, and was excellent at arranging flowers; but her first love was her 9 grandchildren and attending their sporting events, especially soccer. Carol is survived by her husband of 59 years James McMain, sons Michael McMain (Maria), Bruce McMain (Tina) and Keith McMain (Kelly), and grandchildren Connor, Dillon, Scott, Ashley, Michael, Sydney, Erin, Reganne, and Mackenzie McMain, and her sister Helen Freeman. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 9, 2015 9am until 11am at St. Henry Church in Elsmere, KY. The Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow and begin at 11am. Interment will be at St. John Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
