Carol Joyce Vincent
Carol J. Vincent, 85, (nee Hammons), passed away Friday July 5th, 2024 at her residence in Villa Hills, KY. She was a homemaker and is preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Kathryn Hammons. Survivors include her husband of 68 years Tom Vincent, daughter Pam (Paul) Grone, daughter Peggy (Greg) Eastham, daughter Patty (Randy) Faehr, daughter Beth (Bryan) Whitaker, son Chris (Pam) Vincent, son Todd Vincent, brother Danny (Maria) Hammons and sister Pat Sears. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
Carol was a devoted wife, mother, grandma and honorary “Granny Carol” to numerous children she babysat throughout the years. She loved God, family and country. She was a volunteer at Central Parkway Church of God as a greeter for 26 years. Her contagious laugh, smile and humor will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held Thursday July 11, 2024 from 10am to 12pm with services to follow at Linnemann Funeral Homes 30 Commonwealth Ave, Erlanger, KY. Burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 644 Linn St #1026, Cincinnati OH, 45203. I am sorry to hear of Carol’s passing. We were neighbors for many years. I just learned of her passing and am sorry I could not attend her service. Carol and Tom were great neighbors and we shared many memories. My condolences to the entire family.
