Betty Herron

ERLANGER – Betty Ruth Herron, 75, died Monday, April 5, at her daughter’s home in Erlanger.

She worked as a cook for 20 years at R.A Jones School and was a member of Elsmere Church of Christ.

Her husband, Charles Herron; daughter, Linda Shelton; and granddaughter, Brittany Taylor, died previously.

Survivors include her daughter, Sherry Taylor of Erlanger; stepson, Dan Herron of Newport; brother, Roy Watkins of Dayton, Ohio; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, April 8, with service at 10 a.m. Friday, April 9, at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Erlanger. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
