Bernell Heist

Bernell “Bernie” Heist, of Erlanger, KY, died on Thursday September 26th, 2013 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in South Carolina. She was a surgical technician for over 28 years at Christ Hospital, the old Booth Hospital in Covington, and for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hilbert and Corine Vance and her daughter, Kimberly Bennett. She is survived by her husband, Jack Heist of Erlanger; her daughter, Valerie Gore (Thomas) of Independence; and her sister Delma Jones of Ft. Thomas. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Chris and Eric Klette, Dustin, Alisha, and Sean Bennett and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday October 3th, from 4PM-7:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes Erlanger. A service will take place at 7PM at the funeral home.
