She was a nurse and member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Burlington.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur W. Mergner Jr.; daughters, Pamela Smith of Corona, Calif. and Karen Gable of Florence; sons, Arthur Mergner III of Wilmette, Ill. and Stephen Mergner of Cincinnati; brother, Capt. David Carey of Mobile, Ala; sister, Marian Welch of Sequim, Wash. and 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday, April 25, at Linnemann Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Burlington. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, April 26, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Burlington. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.
