Barbara Blackwell

Barbara Blackwell, 65, entered eternal life Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Florence Park Care Center. A graduate of Villa Madonna Academy, Thomas More College and West Virginia University, Barbara was a science teacher in Cincinnati Public Schools for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Loretta Kordenbrock and her infant brother, William. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 38 years, Robert Blackwell of Florence, KY; daughter, Michelle (Dave) Rich of Bargersville, IN; granddaughters, Lexie and Cammey; her siblings: Sr. Nancy Kordenbrock, OSB of Villa Hills, KY, Robert (Mary Anne) Kordenbrock of Verona, KY and Dr. Ben (Dr. Yvonne) Kordenbrock of Florence, KY; her niece, nephews, a great niece, as well as other family members and friends. Visitation will be held at Linnemann Family Funeral Homes in Erlanger, KY on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 5 PM to 8 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paul Church in Florence, KY on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 10 AM with burial to follow at Mother of God Cemetery in Covington, KY.
