Albina Williams

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Albina Williams on December 15, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Albina faced her illness with remarkable strength, dignity, and grace, never losing her warmth, kindness, or infectious sense of humor.

Born in Vladikavkaz, Russia, on March 18, 1966, Albina immigrated to the United States in 1997 with a fierce determination to build a new life. Alone at first, she quickly embraced the challenges of her new country and became a beacon of hope and resilience. Over the years, she created a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Albina was the devoted wife to George and loving mother to Alisa. She was a beloved sister to Zarema Kirguyeva, Irina Farnieva, and Alan Kirguyeva. Family was her greatest treasure, and she poured her heart into every relationship.

Known for her sharp wit, deep wisdom, and generosity of spirit, Albina had an uncanny ability to make others feel seen, heard, and valued. Her laugh was contagious, her advice invaluable, and her presence a source of comfort and joy to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ludmila Arsagova and Batarbeg Kirguyeva, and her sister, Tima Kirguyeva.

Albina’s legacy of love, laughter, and resilience will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, December 21, 2024, from 5-8:00 pm at Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005.
