Alan S. Holtzworth Jr., 69, of Burlington, KY, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 at Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth in Edgewood. Alan was preceded in death by his father, Alan Holtzworth Sr.; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Mullikan and Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Holtzworth. Survivors include his mother, Marjorie Holtzworth and his sister, Cheryl Holtzworth. Alan also leaves behind his nephews, Bryan and Christopher Moore; his niece, Andrea Moore; and his 3 great-nieces and a great-nephew. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 11:00AM-12:00PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Chapel in Erlanger. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00PM at the chapel.
