George F. Lind
George F. Lind, 88, entered into eternal life on Monday, January 23, 2017 in Florence, KY. Son of the late George A. and Wilhelmina Lind, George was a veteran of the US Air Force and retired from McDonnell Douglas Aircraft and Missile Division as an aeronautical engineer. He was preceded by his loving wife Patricia J. Lind, and his sister Marilyn Lind Rouse. George will be dearly missed by his children: Michael (Benita) Lind, Christine (Shane) Toomay, and David (Vicky) Lind; grandchildren: Brian (Rebekka) Toomay, Justine (Darren) Blocker, and Brandon Lind; as well as many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Linnemann Family Funeral Home in Burlington, KY with service to follow at 10:00 AM and interment at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Old friends
To the Lind Family,
We are so saddened of the death of George. We had lunch with him and friends before we let for the winter to Florida. We are old friends from Ludlow and old schoolmates. He will be greatly missed as he was a very special person to us.
