Michael P. Reusch, 57, of Rising Sun, IN, beloved son of Margie and the late Robert Reusch, father to Christopher Smith and Jacquelyn Holland, grandfather to Krystina and Reilly, brother to Robert Reusch (Jeanni), Cyndi Reusch, Richard Reusch (Dee), and Mary Bolger (Jeff), passed away suddenly on January 13, 2017. Michael graduated from Louisville Trinity High School and attended Murray State University. He was a Marine Corp. veteran and a valued employee of Rising Star Casino. A memorial celebration will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 5pm until 7pm at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Taylor Mill, KY. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow and begin at 7pm at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to the American Heart Association P.O. Prayers and Sympathy for Mike’s Family
To Mike’s children, grandchildren, cousin Margie, Cyndi, Rob, Rick, and Mary, know we are praying for you and thinking of you at this difficult time. I wish we could express that in person but our Luke celebrates his confirmation is tonight. Not that long ago, I spoke with Mike briefly at Bob’s service. Having not seen him for many years, I was struck by how warm and welcoming he was all at once, as if no time had passed. Despite the circumstance, I was glad for the opportunity to have seen him again. God bless Mike and all the Reusch family. Rob and Lori Tenhundfeld, Jack, Ellen, Luke, and Ryan.
