Sincere sympathy
Our sincerest condolences to you and your family. We wanted to share a scripture that bought us comfort when we our brother and father both died. It’s found at Revelation chapter 21: 3,4 it reads,”With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Please know that others care and we pray that God may grant you strength in the days ahead.

A Man of Love and Character
Uncle Ed was a man who openly displayed great love for his family. He always made you laugh just by his mere chuckle and the twinkle in his eye. His witty, gregarious, affectionate and jolly disposition made time spent with him pure joy. He was an inspiring example of what a son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle should be. There is no doubt, that he will be looking after his family and all whom he loved from Heaven.

Lasting Legacy
I did not know Mr. Friedman – Edward – however, I have had the pleasure of working with his daughter Darla in various capacities since 2003. I use one word to describe Darla. That word is gracious. Daily, by the hour and in every situation, Darla demonstrates the calm courtesy and kindness that define grace. Edward and Lona clearly taught her well.
Bless Edward as he accepts his promotion to Guardian Angel. Bless his family as they transition from seeing him daily to feeling his presence in every moment.
Thank you Mr. Friedman for your service and contributions toward earning and maintaining the freedoms we often take for granted.
