Joyce M. Carter

Joyce M. Carter, 77, of Elsmere, KY, passed away on October 26, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Carter; her sisters, Jovetta Barton, Jean Setters, and Janet Raines; and her brother, Curley Setters. Joyce is survived by her children: Eugene (Glenda) Hitchcock, Dirk (Donna) Hitchcock, Gil (Sherry) Hitchcock, and Cindy (Avery) York. She also leaves behind her 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday November 2, 2016 from 10AM-12PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes Erlanger.
