Gentle Spirit

Phillip will always be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit. Prayers of comfort to his family.

Great Neighbor

Phil was the best neighbor anyone could ask for. He always had a smile and kind word. I enjoyed the chats we had over our fence in the evenings. Phil will be missed, especially at Christmas with all his decorations that lit up our neighborhood. May you rest in peace my friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you Rex.
