Ben Krumpelman

CRESCENT SPRINGS – Ben Krumpelman, 87, died Thursday, Jan. 22, at Healthsouth Rehabilitation Center, Edgewood.

He was a World War II Coast Guard veteran; a home builder with his family company; an avid gardener, and member of St. Joseph Church, Crescent Springs.

His wife, Virginia Krumpelman, died previously.

Survivors include his daughter, Maryanne Krumpelman of Lakeside Park; sons, Dan Krumpelman, Jeff Krumpelman and Kevin Krumpelman all of Villa Hills and Steve Krumpelman of Edgewood; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, with Mass of Christian Burial following at St. Joseph Church, Crescent Springs. A reception will follow Mass at the church undercroft. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
