Susan McGuire

ELSMERE – Susan Frances McGuire, 90, died Friday, March 13, at her home.

She was a clerk for Kroger for 23 years.

Mrs. McGuire was a member of the Elsmere Volunteer Fire Auxiliary, Tri-City Seniors, the Rosie Reds, the Villa Hills Benedictine Guild, United Christian Volunteers and the Erlanger Historical Society. She was a past president of St. Henry’s Altar Society. She was also a member of St. Henry Church for 86 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward McGuire Sr., in 1992.

Survivors include: a son, Edward McGuire Jr. of Burlington; three daughters, Kathleen Kreimborg of Erlanger, Maureen Townsend of Lakeside Park and Eileen Whaley of Edgewood; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, followed by Mass of Christian burial at St. Henry Church in Elsmere. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Fort Mitchell.
