Helen Waits

Helen M. Waits, 77, of Elsmere, passed away on February 1st at St. Elizabeth Hospice. Mrs. Waits worked for 15 years in retail management at ElBee Shoes, was a member of the First Church of Christ in Burlington and an avid gardener. She is survived by her daughters: Linda Lilly of Independence and Jacqueline Smith of Union and her sons: Larry Roe of Morning View, Jerry Roe of Glencoe, and Barry Roe of Burlington. She is also survived by her brother Bill Waits of Shelbyville, KY. She had eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop, Edgewood, KY 41017. A service will be held at the Forest Lawn Chapel in Erlanger on Wednesday, February 3rd at 11:00 AM, with burial to follow.
