Raymond Williams

Raymond Williams, 96, of Union, passed away Thursday, February 25th at the Villa Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Erlanger. He is survived by his daughter Dorothy Franklin of Union and his sister Minnie McCarroll of Anderson, IN. He had two grandchildren. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elsmere, and a member of the Longshoremen’s Union. There will be a visitation from 12:00-1:00 PM Saturday, March 6th at First Baptist Church in Elsmere with a funeral service following immediately. Following the service Mr. Williams’ remains will be sent to Norfolk, Virginia where a service will be conducted at the Hale Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Norfolk. Memorials are suggested to Kentucky State University, 400 East Main Street, Frankfort, KY 40601 or The Hospice of the Bluegrass, 7388 Turfway Road #202, Florence, KY 41042. Linnemann in Erlanger will be handling the services.
